Refund

In case of cancellation, we will refund the full amount of your order (the garment must not have been worn and must be returned in perfect condition, with its tag).

You have up to 14 days from the date you collected your package to make your return.

Contact us by email at contact@maisonagile.fr to receive the cancellation form to return to us by email; we will send you a prepaid label for returning your order.

(We also invite you to create a customer account to find your orders and returns).

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of being notified of your cancellation and after receipt and verification of your return package.

Cases where returns are not free

If your order is not returned from mainland France, return shipping costs will not be covered. In this case, please send us proof of shipment.

If applicable, we invite you to inquire about the procedure and shipping costs with Customs or your carrier, depending on the country concerned.

Exchanges

For mainland France, we cover the return shipping costs, as well as the costs of the new delivery.

Please note that we only cover one exchange per person.

Purchases at the workshop/shop

For purchases made directly at the Atelier, returns are also possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the garment is returned in perfect condition, with its label, and unworn.
